I can only assume the BOT Contollers are happy with the current price.
If you wish to invigorate the SP, purchase some at a higher price and watch them return by buying and selling to themselves. Their meagre loss in achieving a reduction in the SP is only a pittance compared with what they can reap picking up the 40 million shares at the lower price.
Accordingly this situation only harbours fear for anyone like you or I from buying more stock unless a positive announcement occurs. C22.
