I am not a holder but have traded it like everyone else is doing.

Companies might have to rethink their issues and placements
strategies.
In a bear market there does not seem to be any point in making
an issue at a substantial discount because the market immediately lowers
the price to at or near the discount price.

If they issue equity near 10 cents the sp should rise to that level if under 5 cents then it will go to that level.

There is a lot of debt for the future(no profit or divvies forseeable) and a lot of uncertainty about what price they will do the equity swap...If they announced it instead mucking around it may be a hold. But for now it is safer to trade it on swings, bounces, pumps and dumps!
