Why accept the MAK offer !!!
The MAK sp will probably go much lower.
I do not believe that UCL will be that easy to takeover. It is now tightly held.
The MAK 'faithfil' continue to delude themselves. The way they talk one would think that they turn a profit. They still dream that RP will return to U$400pt. MAK built itseft around the high RP price, which in retrospect was an abberation.
