Just spoke with Steven. He seems well and is easy to talk to. Thanks for your time Steven.
He has been speaking with the shareholder who sold out this morning, and the transaction is purely a personal decision by the shareholder with their own external forces outside of Segue.
Steven confirmed that the recent sell is not related to the operation of the business or any pending announcements.
Announcement still due this week.
Watch for a notice of substantial holdings within a couple of days ...
