hard to say, but i'd imagine they are looking to later this year to meet their milestone of building a multi-room home. they say they will be doing a roadshow at some point and based on previous indications that they had a few interested parties calling from around the world (mostly just expressions of interest at this stage, nothing concrete [yes that pun was intentional]), they could also have a larger construction, machinery or robotics company take a stake in them or simply buy them out. that's the benefit of having IP on the building process and robotics parts. if they can prove the technology is viable, or at least close to being viable, i believe this would be the most likely outcome.

best case 6 months, base case 12-18 months, bear case they don't improve the tech from here with their millions in cash and company files for bankruptcy.
