funny talk regarding copper and bailing etc. the day bhp offer 100b for rio. There's nothing surer than base metals going all the way to the highest expectations and then further and then some more after that. If this company gets its production up and running, it'll be selling into record prices in 2009, US recession or not. Base metals are the boom that lasts until substitutes can be found for industrial use... I don't see a whole lot of substitutes for copper. 30 cents to 24 cents over the period the dow loses 700points, not really much more to it. Look at every Australian share with any following over the same period (apart from Rio :).... when the market picks up, so will TMR. May take a few more sessions.
