There's no way you can know whether the order book is stagnant. The company doesn't disclose enough information for us to see how quickly orders are moving through the pipeline. The fact that the company book $24 million in revenue without depleting the total of booked orders indicates that something moved.
But you're right about the difference in detail disclosed... EOS provided a lot more information about who, when, and what was on the go.
