There is nothing exciting and mysterious about the recent announcement of an increase in holdings. The announcement concerned Keygrowth Trading and Belgravia Associates, in which Geoff Lord is involved. Those companies have had a substantial holding for sometime. The increase in their holding is recent months is minor and just petty cash stuff.

Go back and read the announcements and news reports over the past year, if you don't believe it. What is going on behind the scenes with the reason for Geoff Lord's involvement with IMP is there for all to see.

The USA operation is not going to make IMP a big company. Allowing for operation and drilling costs it might just keep IMP solvent. We need more if IMPs share price has any hope of increasing.
