    Everyone is an expert after the fact, that he cant get it right ????
    Over seas has it right for years now, why them and not US ????
    Its time to pay for experience that he hasn't got .
    And that's the fact, 30 years wasted, he gets payed to get it right
    or get someone to get it right for him not just waste time and money.
