    mute point here chaps, I take the view that commissioning is over once the plant (or pieces of the plant) is given by the equipment makers and taken over by the Lynas operations team. There are contractual agreements wrt to this event. I believe this has happened and so the plant is "operational" with production ramp up to progressively occur as each stage is switched to on. There are also stages of pre-commissioning, cold commissioning and hot commissioning which I believe has all occurred for scheduled early stage processes.
    Feed in will now take 30-40 days to flow through the plant to first output. On spec product will take a while longer as they iron out bugs and get chemical balance spot on, but early material can also be sold.
    In any case this is good news and another tick in the box!
