they bought reserves with infrastructure which can support a fair bit more production to increase revenue that will in turn support the stage 2 development which my all accounts could be huge
The farmed into reserves/resources and a revenue stream and the carry and farm in cost is spread out over 3-4 years ( so lower cost from NPV perspective ) and will be reimbursed quickly.
They bought into a large resource which they are familiar with in terms of not only geology but methods to extract that resource through their proven methodologies used in Zhao Dong.

the volume rem structure is based on cumulative production rates, does this insulate Roc from a falling oil price? If so that would be fantastic

I am very keen to see the updated analysts reports, unlike RSC this seems a lot easier to value
