I agree with bubsmark. This is not good, shareholders will likely walk away with very little.
More concerning of all is the need for fresh borrowings to cover November cash shortfall. It will be impossible to value the company at full value if it is still loss making and this is despite having achieved stable production rate plus the sulphides.
After the sale shareholders will be lucky to get a capital return at all.
I believe this morning drop is from holders just eager to get out. Punters will stream in for quick punt. Let's see what further details is available.
But atm, it's not looking good unfortunately
