Subsequent to 31st Dec, OBL did raise a small amount of funds plus sold a 25% stake in the Derby Block, thus should now have (or when completed) about $2.5 million i.e. enough to cover the exorbitant Administration costs and the legal bills likely to be incurred over the Derby Block etc. I'm locked into the stock and cannot see a way out without suffering plenty of pain....must hold.
