I agree that any new business growth strategy requires large investments - but have you seen CSLs profit and cash on hand... They are ripe to pick this up in an instant, they have all of the people and facilities to make it happen and the click of a finger.

Regarding, things likely to return to normal after the pandemic.
Well firstly, 'after' the pandemic may be many years away for these countries, and in the mean time, developed countries like Australia and their governments are realizing the huge risks we have opened ourselves up to by relying on overseas countries for life saving medicines. It is in our country and governments interest to bring back the onshoring of these goods.
