You can't quite compare Cashcard to Customers. The only thing that CUS has, is a lot ATMs. Cashcard on the other hand, had their own ATMs (and they had a pick of the best sites), as well as its own network (where it got paid for switching txns) and paying customers (driving their devices, reporting etc).
Having more ATMs is good, but CUS needs to migrate their ATMs to SPS sooner rather than later, in order to lower their cost base. At the moment their devices are driven (and switched by) by First Data (they are the ones that bought Cashcard), St George and Pulse. And I am sure that they are charging them well for the services provided.
