    To remain battle-ready in the “remote event” of a rapid outbreak of the killer disease in India, the government on Wednesday decided to buy huge quantities of anti-viral medicines from multinationals — ‘Tamiflu’ from Roche and oral inhaler ‘Relenza’ from Anglo American drug maker GlaxoSmithKline.
