Surely RIO will have to announce now that the airstrip is in and there is spying.
They'd want to comply to ASX regulations of keeping a fair an informed market.
If it is another Mt ISA then I think AZY can look at a big spike in the share price.
It looks like many are happy to take their seats before hand because after any trading halt the price would surely gap up to over double?
