SXP downtrend being reconfirmed again and again. Each little rally is met with a push back down. one can not argue with the energy potential, however as with most in the market, it is matter of timing and during times of no news, even the best of the best can decline in price.
Looks like it could test the high teens. There appears to be no rush to get back into this one. Not holding at present. Looking for a reversal, don't see it yet.
