it cant be labelled as a spring now, ideally the max number of bars a spring should form is 3-4 bars, studying the volume and spread on the penetration will also give clues to the quality of the spring, however this can be labelled as a potential Terminal Shakeout (TSO), there is also minor (SOT) Shortening of the downward Thrust, PnF targets achieved, price targets achieved etc so it might be time that it presents a Sign of Strength (SOS) if it doesnt then the next zone come into play
