    After some research on GTY, and the AVEO exposure, GTY has huge potential.

    Not only is GTY catering for the lower end of the market, GTY has given
    incentives to those retirees looking for a simpler life. WIN WIN.

    In line with recent announcements, they are expanding. Got to love that.

    I know a couple that have a residence such as offered by Gateway, and they love it!
    The grandkids stay over, and have a great time.

    They have signed a lease that is affordable, and will have something to leave the kids.
