Yesterday i bought into XRF after being alerted to analysis done by a smallcap investment company. XRF enjoyed a strong 1Hfy11 but 2Hfy11 is on track to break all records. The client list of XRF is revealing. In particular i am pleased to see CPB abd SGS as customers for XFR consumerbles and equipment. These companies analyse drilling samples from iron-ore to gold to coal. The work load is huge as long as boom keeps going. XRF is riding high and company has made some very positive forecasts. Am anticipating EPS of bit over 2c for FY11 and then a 60% leap to 3.3c in FY12. Expecting a 1c div in august. XFR also a potential TO target from likes of CPB. Def worth a look for investors seeking strong fundamentals and good value/high divs.
