Of interest to me is that your sample plant has a throughput of 20000 bbls/day , a figure that struck a chord with me because (from memory) that was the commercial plant size at Chinchilla that Linc has awaiting Bligh's approval following on from their successful pilot plant.
Just wondering if your capex is a bit high , and I quote this extract from the pdf link below :
"The exact cost of the UCG/CTL and power generation project is yet to be determined as this will depend on the size and output of the CTL plant. It is possible to build the plant on a modular, scaleable level to reach the output level of 20,000 bpd. Current costings for the UCG/CTL plant are at the bottom level $200million and can be scaled to $1billion for maximum production levels."
I seem remember Bond (ceo of Linc) mentioning $700 million for this 20000 bbls plant but , unfortunately after searching high and low , I cannot at this stage verify this.
