Why would a company announce that they are planning to apply for a licence, receive one and then choose to keep it a secret. The notion makes no sense. IMO if MXC was one of the companies granted a licence then they would have announced it. If they haven't announced it, then they don't have it. That being said, I have every confidence that they will receive a licence once they go through the application process. They seem to me to meet or exceed all the criteria required by the Office of Drug Control.
