MXC will never ever be a decent seed bank, unless they have bought a breeding company with the breeder and all his secrets.
A breeder will spend years, sometimes decades finding a perfect make specimen which he will cross with a female with his desired characteristics (yield, disease resistance, fast flowering etc..) from there the breeder will keep the make and cross with second tier females which he will sell to the seed banks. The best females he will keep for himself and his lucky friends
