A valid point however wouldn't the idea be to partner with Kingsgate. I.e. Condor provides the project and Kingsgate provide the capital and know how.
Or Kingsgate will concentrate on their own project, wait for CDB to die in the #^&@ and takeover the distressed resource for a pittance. Kingsgate aren't going to deal with a company of such disrepute as CDB.
