If no success then forget about raising capital.

Tamboran alluded to future raising or joint venture in the IPO Prospectus.

All the juniors have the same problem.
Another IPO McArthur Oil and Gas due to list by end of year. Has Large areas in McArthur basin.

What I like about Tamboran.
It is run by oil men who have had previous success.
It is partnered with Santos, now best run Oil and Gas company in this area.
Perhaps if Tamboran shows it's worth Santos would invest or partner.
The Tamboran areas looks highly prospective.
Both State and Federal government are supportive of shale gas development in this area.

Having said all that, capital will need to be raised and your remarks on capital raising need to be echoed.
