Yeah, sure. On-market buying would look good. But you can't dragoon such things.
The advantage of milestone-related incentives in lieu of salary is they can be tailored to vest only as and when threshold events in the Company's evolution occur.
Or in other words, when goals are kicked.
Might be related to revenue targets, or the share-price having attained a certain level for a sustained period ...whatever.
