    I appreciate your cautious advice Boycey but do yourself a favour and Google News Oilex.

    This company has made the news big time internationally, UK , India and Aussie.

    The demand for energy in India is huge , if the Oilex management cannot pull it off, someone else will.
    The demand for energy is too strong in India , it is in there national interest for this to be commercial.
