The simple fact is that LHG is not a cheap stock.
LHG is above trading at above 10x earnings (the last time i looked) which does not provide much room for PE expansion.
There are many other goldies on the Australian market that offer substantially higher potential returns, and also alot less risk. (trading at 3,4 x free cash flows).
Why would a person buy LHG??
