    Friday's drop was because of ongoing probs in the long-wall coal face which it seems, keeps collapsing. Not in the gold mine.
    Seems 50% of new projects/ideas hit big probs. Do we need better engineers? Do we need to pay them better? Should the directors accept more responsibility for engineering stuff ups?
    Anyone want to start a new thread...Mining Hall of Shame?
