Yes considered & dismissed. Why would someone dump such large volumes all at once unless they were trying to make an impact. Its this volume that forced the market lower which had quite a speculative long position established. I saw these sort of orders when I was trading gold & typically it was hedgies trying to make a splash. Of course this all conjecture on my part, but based on 15 years trading & marketing gold.
