Should we be concerned about this? I went through something similar with one of my other resource stocks a couple of years ago and shareholders lost everything.
offtake company managed to get a representative on the miners' board of directors.
offtake company reneged on offtake contract, stopped receiving shipments, drove the miner into the ground
offtake company took over mining company/mine/assets for a song
shareholders lost everything. It was the biggest scam job I've ever seen. I'm concerned with Ntsimbele gaining more and more control over Jupiter Mines
