Have been watching this stock and took a few positions over the last month. Now that Mr Douglas Tutus has tragically died, i presume the large amount of stock he was to be issued will now be placed in his estate. As i see it, almost half of the shares outstanding will be held by unnatural owners creating a significant stock overhang. Based on this i decided to exit on the open.
