How is this good news?

What if there is a shortfall in the SPP? Will Prima be able to raise sufficient capital otherwise?

In addition to the directors potentially taking up a shortfall, and though we feel confident that the SPP will be able to meet our capital raising goals,

we have discussed the offer with additional individual and institutional investors and we believe that we will be able to fill any SPP shortfall if necessary.<-I>

Can you explain why this did not happen, Rob?

Can you explain why (up to) 2 million was mentioned as being the assumed number being taken up by directors, but yet they only managed half that?

To me, 'various' institutions forking out for a paltry million shares (when management were confident that any shortfall would be filled bythem) and the directors taking only half of their entitlement is not good news.
