Wow, this argument has carried over into Day #2. I want to push this into Day #3.

Kenny, directors buying up a million bucks in what is still a highly speculative investment is a positive and outweighs the 50% take-up rate.

There could be a number of reasons why they didnt take up the full allotment, including:

1. they dont have the cash; or

2. the missus (or hubby) or bank manager or financial advisor changed their minds; or

3. risk assessment investing - a sure thing in the biospace is kinda oxymoronic (stakeholders in No.2 might raise this as an issue); or

4. directors are indian givers (is this PC?); or

5. the dog ate part of their allotment forms.

In conclusion, I'd say the glass is half full.
