The SPP is closed, so the company could not sell any further shares under that.
The Shortfall Placement is still ongoing (3 months) so you could apply to the lead broker to take some up under that arrangement. To do so, you'd need to have your broker contact them and provide proof that you qualify under the "Sophisticated Investor" category. (not sure what this requires).
The other thing you could consider is the PRRO options which as a shareholder you are entitled to subscribe for.
