Huge trading volume - watch this space

Just when I think it's time to let this go, BANG 6 million shares traded at an average $2.99

5m shares in a special cross trade (S3XT) at $2.99

Another 1.8m shares in the BUY queue at $2.98

I can understand sellers grabbing the cash now for a 1 or 2 cent discount, but nobody is going to BUY millions of shares to make a lousy 1 cent, even though it's guaranteed in 2 weeks.

There MUST be more to this story.

Mittleman obviously voted YES/YES, but he could still very well take them on in court. Even if you backed out the VRC votes as ineligible on Scheme B, it still gets up - I'm confused about it all, but will watch with interest.
