I'm happy to wait 2 weeks to see the credits roll, it's all a bit bizarre.

I presume an announcement tonight or tomorrow will answer my question as to who is doing what.

I'm still puzzled as to how Mittleman was able to buy somewhere near 20m shares in the past 2 months without buying out any of the directors or substantial holders (no announcements). Pretty hard to pick up that many shares, often in big parcels without buying from the Top 20.

The 5m cross traded today - could be someone balancing / smoothing out a tax loss or gain within their own portfolio?
