    Hi Bobspongo, in 2003 a mate of mine was in a similar situation with this company - he sold all his VRLPA (their preference shares) @ $1.25 thinking it was a done-deal at $1.25, when in fact it was thwarted at the last minute in the courts. It later rose - albeit 10y later - to $8+. Food for thought.
