Time frames will be extended and merger milestone events/dates will/may be missed as we have already seen debt financing has changed dramatically,
it doesn't change the fact this will be a good investment - just changes the road to achieving it, even the ridiculous notion of "5G" causing virus has an affect on us achieving the final merger.
Basically - Going to take longer than in pre-covid world. I know in my business things are a lot harder to achieve time wise and regulation wise.
