Well, I don't like to pee on your parade, BUT look where current SP is relative to all the positive news in the last year, including spot price plus debt restructure plus reduction of cash cost plus record production levels above nameplate plus plus plus..... you get the drift. Until there is a major shift in sentiment and a consistent rise in spot price and the BIG BOYS are buying, the plug in of another Japanese reactor or some ambiguous trade agreement with India is not going to push the SP of PDN north sustainably. This one is truly a keeper....but at the very back of your bottom drawer.
