Don't you think Molyneux was brought in to deal with this? I think your concern is well-placed. The outstanding balance is $254M after the September repurchase. Not having read the terms of the bonds, I'm wondering if one option might be conversion. At the adjusted conversion price of $1.83, that would result in the issuance of 138.8M new shares, assuming no accrued interest.
