I had a read of the GOP website Re: Aquitaine Basin and they are bitterly dissappointed at the lack of formal approval.
They have a schedule of events and are hoping for formal approval by 30th June '08. The pits about this project is all parties have agreed on said area and all we await is a simple letter now with formal approval. Years in the making here. GOP are aggressive about this project and thats good for us.
This will be a shallow multiple drill site as I have spoken to a geo about the area and looks very interesting.
GOP do not want to waste any time with this one and will begin work on the area once made formal.

Japex are taking their time but as Needle has pointed out many times this could be huge if they are prepared to work with us on SC44 massive potential here IMO.
Yes if no success at Kate we all know the story but could be possible upside not far down the track for those that decide to hold.

And Kate could yet really decide to turn things on their ear, I hope so.
