I'm a shareholder of IGN and just got a letter from major shareholder Octavium. They want a board seat to help unlock the value.
They are saying profit could be $3-4m p.a. so with a current market cap of $14.5m, that gives serious upside if they execute. And there's franking credits and tax losses too.
However, why hasn't management executed on this already? And it also looks like the board doesn't have much 'skin in the game'.
Unless I'm missing something, is it not time for a bit of change of the Board?
