Huge Valuation Gap: OMH vs Press Metal, page-4

I emailed OMH recently and as part of that email asked these questions:

I note that you are planning to convert the ferro silicon furnaces so that they have the capability to produce silicon metal.
Does this mean that OMH intend to stop making ferro silicon or is it that you want to have the option to switch between the 2?
Also have the 2 idle furnaces been converted while they have been idle and do we have a date when they are likely to be restarted?

I got this reply:
