Also announcements of the deals for Uzi (Ceo)..
He will receive cash bonuses for generating revenue 500k ending 31st December, and then if 1mil ebitda gets more cash bonus and options.
Seems like a goo Deal for UZI and beneficial if he achieves them... o and he also gets a company car lol.
All on top of that 240k USD a year..
Ok Uzi, if there reading this, the job is yours and signed sealed and delivered... now return the favor and get some shareholder value back.
