    i would not question his rationality

    he probably just wants the money

    bear in mind, the 30m shares are his seed capital

    they would have cost Terry next to nothing

    good riddens to Terry

    (Mark Basso's shares are not seed capital. Terry sold Mark his initial 30m share investment for 10 cents each)
