Don't the pharma's do accelerated ageing tests (ie it doesn't take 2 years - maybe 6 months tops)???

I thought the timeframe of 2013 was when we see needles on the market being sold by the Pharma's - basically the delay being caused by FDA approval times, not waiting 2 years for the 'age' testing.

    So the scenario should be:

    1. Accelerated ageing/validation by Pharma's completed & sales agreements signed by Sep/Oct 2011 - or whatever. I'm expecting end of calendar 2011 at worst.

    2. Pharma applies for FDA approval of drug/device combo in 2012.

    3. Unilife starts supplying needles to Pharma from the end of 2011, ramping up into 2012/3.

    4. Product hits shelves the day after FDA approval is granted.

So Unilife gets sales starting from 2011 even though the actual finished product won't hit the shelves until 2013.
