It is public knowledge that the two minority holders,both considerably larger companies than GTM,acquired their interest as part of company takeovers.Minority,non-operatorship interests rarely interest large companies and that is why their interest is for sale.Also SGW are under further pressure to divest as result of their collapsing share price.GTM have given them 60 days notice to declare their future intentions.Hope this helps,may I suggest you read up GTM's website announcements.
