...With respect to RAMU - HIG will not be the operator of RAMU...it is the Chinese! ...and they just happen to be a bit desperate for nickel at the moment.....
Undoubtedly Noranda will take over operatorship of Freida in the not too distant future....

If you doubt me, check my posts on CSM, BSG, MGX, CMR and others over the past few years.....before they took off.....same thing is happening here.
